✓ Conducted detailed quantity Take Off for all MEP based on pricing preambles and Specification (Plan
Swift & AutoCAD).

certificate. Preparation of statement and final account at the end of the project.
✓ Subcontractor Administration- Inquiries, Quotation comparison Schedule and finalizes the Sub-contractor inquiry, Evaluation and award, Subcontractor coordination, Prepare and review of contract documents for Subcontractor work.
✓ Variation and valuation - Identifying and Analysis of Variations, Sending Notification of Variations,
Valuation and submission of variation, Approval of Quantity and unit rate with Engineer/Employer
and claim with interim Application.
✓ Extension of Time and Prolongation Cost
✓ Attainting variation negotiation meeting with Client.
✓ Cost Report/ Contract Review Report & productivity monitoring and cost to complete forecasting.
✓ Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Quantity Take Off for all Civil & MEP based on pricing preambles and Specification.
- Re-measure quantities based on Contract Drawings and liaise with procurement and obtain allowable
/Budget detail for each item to them.
- Study, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies
- Preparation of MEP and Civil Bill of Quantity.
- Analysis of rates for Labour, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing,
pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
- Interim Payment Application - Preparation, Submission and liaise with consultant for payment certificate.
Preparation of statement and final account at the end of the project

Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of the monthly Interim Payment applications with MOS and meeting with the consultant for payment certificate.
Managing Subcontractor; budget calculation for the related subcontractor package, Request for Quotation, price comparison and appointment of Subcontractor, preparation of LOI, Evaluation for interim payment application, issuance of payment certificates, reviewing of variations, Preparation of Final Accounts.
Variation submission and approvals; identify the variations and raise variation notification to the client, prepare Variation Order Request, approval of Measurement (Manual, AutoCAD) and Quantification Preparation of submission of variation, Build-up (star ) rate for the new items, and agreement of variation with cost consultant.
Reporting Risk asset variation cost to Commercial Manager & Reconciliation of Subcontract Variation work.
Assisting commercial manager on contract review report ( Cost report)
Summary updates and proper filing in both hard copies and the commercial server
