I have joined Saudi Bin Ladin group on 2012 as the Manager of Construction for king Abdul Aziz International airport in jeddah.
My role as manager for construction assigned for such mega project is to lead all the on going construction activities starting the preparation of the shop drawings, materials submittals and all other deliverables to consulatant for review and approval, ensure all materials ordered and delivered to site on time, ensure that all equipments needed for construction have been listed and schedules for ordering and hiering is prepared, ensure all required subconracts have been prepared and signed, monitoring the on going activities Vs the construction schedule, holding daily meetings with subcontractors, holding weekly meeting with the client representative, holding weekly meetings with the project planing to update the schedule, holding weekly meetings with the QA/AC construction teams.
Arabian Bemco is the leader company in constr tion of power plants all over the GCC Areas and the first company in this field in Saudi Arabia
My role was to manage all the Civil works related to the power plants projects, stating with the design, shop drawings, materials, and sub contractors, preparation of the the deliverables schedules, preparation of the activities construction schedule, integrate the civil activities schedule with all other desciplines, monitori g the on going activities against the construction schedule, monitoring the monthly costs Vs the budget, preparing the cost to complete every month, prepare the cost at completion, ensure the work is going according to the plan, and as per the quality required by the specifications.
Prepare al the project deliverables in coordination with all sectors, prepare the logic of the project schedule, and integrate it with all desciplines, supervise all the construction activities and ensure compliance with project quality requirements, monitor the construction against the construction schedule.
Ttheorieshe study of the architecture is five years taking arts history of arts ,design,urbans,concrete,steel building structure,materials&painting as majors in addition to many subjects like legislation law ,theories of architecture,ecconomy& business in addition to the practical period of land survay.
