Job Purpose

To liaison between the business and SSC IT to facilitate and improve the effectiveness of communication & relationship, align business IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy, ensure alignment with SSC IT governance, shape demands and assist in the Planning, prioritization and supervision of IT projects to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (scope is limited to Segment specific end-user IT services and business applications):

Strategy, Planning & Compliance

• Develop the Segment IT strategy and ensure its alignment with both business and SSC IT strategy.
• Recommends annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets and obtain Segment management approval and SSC IT endorsement.
• Stimulate & manage Segment IT demands.
• Prioritize and manage IT Segment related projects to maximize return on investment with periodic project status feedback to both business and SSC IT.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to SSC IT governance, policies and procedures.

• Monitors and Reports on the “Information Security Audit Recommendations” and the implementation/compliance status to Segment and SSC IT management.
• Identifies and reports on IT related risks and recommend risk management plan to the Segment and SSC IT managements.

Service Delivery & Support

• Identifies and recommends business solutions and innovations that improve business processes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
• Develops Tender documents, RFPs and Statement of Work for demanded services
• Conducts technical evaluation of offers and prepare final evaluation report with due endorsement of SSC IT
• Reviews and approves user accounts privileges to ensure authorized access levels to business applications
• Develops and manages SLA deliverables for segment specific business applications’ maintenance and support, in coordination with SSC IT
• Manage IT Service Level Agreements for the segment business entities to maximum customer satisfaction as per agreed targets
