• Work closely with stakeholders to identify their information requirements and visualization expectations.
• Work with data engineers to acquire, cleanse, and transform data for reporting.
• Report and Dashboard Development:
• Utilize Power BI to design interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that meet user needs.
• Develop complex calculations and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to support data analysis within reports.
• Publish reports and dashboards to the Power BI service for user access and sharing.
• Manage Roles and Responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve issues encountered within reports to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
• Develop clear documentation for data metadata and dashboards to ensure clarity and maintainability.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop test cases and execute testing phases.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Work closely with technical developers to build custom reports and interfaces and to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Entering study schedules into the student information system.
• Developing a registration plan at the beginning of each semester and announcing it to students.
• Recording students’ study schedules, ensuring students’ academic achievement according to the study plan and preparing related reports.
• Following up on students’ academic status.
• Assisting students expected to graduate in registering their remaining courses and referring their requests that the unit cannot fulfill to the Deanship of Admission and Registration at the university and following up on that.
