This role is reporting to the Head of Finance Middle East and the General Manager Bahrain World Trade Centre, responsible for all aspects of accounting for the C&W and First Point to start with and grows alongside as the business volume grows.
Key responsibilities:
Working closely with the newly appointed head of Finance located in Spain and company’s Director and GM here in Bahrain for the C&W Middle East operations.
Immediate point of contact for complete Finance functions for C&W Middle East operations.
Liason with all Banks for banking operations of C&W in UAE & Bahrain.
Handling the complete stream of the collections and payments for the Bahrain, UAE & Qatar for C&W operations.
Creation submission of the monthly and weekly reports to EMEA Finance office in UK. (Major reports include the Debtors report, Cash flow statements)
Completely handling the payroll function, indemnity and GOSI.
Handling independently the banking through the online banking system (Bank Net for HSBC).
Complete management of the Finance and Accounting operations of two offices of the C&W Middle East located in Dubai (UAE) and Bahrain.
Invoicing-Staff cost (Monthly salary sheet and all the other benefits) Clients, Intercompany and others
Petty Cash - Control and reconciliations
Bank Payments and transfers.
Payroll - Execution, Control and reconciliations, with HR Book Keeping - GL (Data & Vouchers processing)
Bank reconciliations
Vendor and Customer GL accounts Reconciliations
Ensures all balance sheet reconciliations are done on a timely basis
Intercompany Accounting and Reconciliations.
Accounting in different currencies
Filing system Management
Assistance to Financial Controller Middle East based in UAE.
Any other related and relevant tasks on daily basis.
Handling all office and staff expenses.
Preparing the quarterly reconciliation invoices to the client.
