- I Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware from users as first line support.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware & software.
- Working on different systems related to the housing bank especially the systems related to ATM monitoring.
- create, manage and delete users and computers on active directory.
