1. Analyse and review documentation on department procedures and work instructions in the designated teams and ensure all current versions are available to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard.
2. Conduct process compliance audits as per the required standard in designated teams to ensure the requirements have been met and identify areas of non-compliance by raising non-conformity reports and corresponding corrective action reports. This also includes ensuring implementation of the corrective action as per the agreed time frames and following these up as appropriate.
3. Compile audit reports and submit them in time to the immediate supervisor, with recommendation for suitable corrective action including regular follow-up to ensure corrective action is taken in time.
4. Conduct process reviews to monitor regularly the existing procedures, study old procedures and suggest improvements, identify system related bottle necks and improve efficiency where possible.
5. Provide technical and administrative support to the immediate supervisor in areas such as standard awareness training for new and current staff, collation of customer survey feedback, preparation for external audits and management review meetings.
6. Independently undertake internal reviews and audits on areas such as customer complaints on a periodic basis, collate information and presenting findings to the relevant team highlighting key trends and recommendations for corrective or preventative action to minimize future non compliance.
7. Conduct field inspections on all new and existing facilities.
