Handling Muqeem system, Exit & Re-entry Visa process.

Hotel reservations for visitors.
All acts of Human Resources from maintaining all personnel files, Employees contracts, and training records and training needs identification.
Medical insurance.
Working on the MenaiTech HR system.
Employee Services: follow up HR related questions, handling leave requests, coordinating business trips, following up on return from leave.
Disciplinary control, warning letters and grievance procedure.
Make sure that all employees are following Labor Law and company policies and procedure.
Prepare company announcement and letters.
Provide Job description for employees.
-Represented the HR department as an adutiee during the external and internal audits.
