Ensured immediate blocking or stopping of cards in cards operations system, as listed in the Lost/Stolen Card Reports. Reviewed periodical MIS report to the management regarding various issues. Resolved issues concerning customers classified as Very Important Persons (VIP) including declined transactions. Designed Issuing and Acquiring training materials for effective and efficient fraud controls. Conducted analysis of all fraud transactions incurred monthly and executed actions to prevent recurrence.
