• Working closely with Zonal Manager on special projects to drive business for Goa Region. Also ensuring the assigned tasks are completed for assigned set of key hotels along with entire team

• Responsible for achieving YOY growth for assigned hyper location and premium hotels
• Achieving monthly room night and revenue target by showing growth plans to the hotels
• Review Monthly production reports with top management and provide feedback to increase revenue and market share
• Ensure we have the best rates and offers compared to competition. This helps in increasing our market share
• Enroll hotel partners in different programs organized by the company by getting higher margins and offers
• Organize training for partner hotels on market analysis, online software and online business
•Responsible for New Car Automobile Dealer acquisition in the asinged region and selling of diversified packages to elevate revenue generation for Carwale.com
•Maintain cordial relationships with accounts, understand and fulfil their business needs. Develop and penetrate the assigned area by adding new clients and increasing the client base
•Review dealership personnel operations, evaluating their efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with the set client-servicing practices and Continuously adding new process improvements
•Present data and analytics to the Head of Dealerships - identifying gaps in dealer’s internal processes and workflow and enabling delivery of better service and enhanced client relationships
•Handle training for the internal Sales Team on Sales Process and Soft Skills
•Responsible for Lead Generation and Management from sources like Walk-in’s, Events, Tele-in’s etc. and for receive feedback from the sourced leads
•Analysis of leads to find gaps to improve the internal process of Lead Management
•Ensure every detail of the leads are entered, maintained and updated in the internal data management system
