Arrange management meetings, prepare agenda and the required reports and materials, take minutes and
follow up the actions status.
* Provide and update all projects’ status reports on monthly basis.
* Handle all travel arrangements (flights, visas and accommodation) for the employees, customers and partners
* Responsible for managing administrative services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized,
correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved,
and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
* Manage the Internal Audit, prepare the audit reports and following up the findings execution.
* Handle Marketing activities (budget and events) with partners and customers.
* Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and the senior executives.
* Prepare weekly Siebel and Salesforce reports for SBG review (pipelines opportunities, forecasted and revenue
recognition).
* Update database, consolidate and provide information and reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
* Provide weekly detailed utilization reports for all SBG employees.
* Manage on daily basis the financial statements, memos and all required reports
* Manage team of 9 call center agents in both Microsoft and Telecom Egypt accounts.
* Help managing employee relations and related programs
* Oversee employee performance reviews
* Help with employee compensation, benefits, and training
* Keep up-to-date employee records
* Candidates screening
* Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
