1. '' product development" Analysis of the weak product points from our customer’s remarks, comparative catalogs study and from feedback Reps.'s visits. Then, I'm doing comparative studies with suggestive solutions and its alternatives and finally communicate it up to GM for discussing.
I share the catalogs development with the new product orientation to the market segment that for whom it is audited.
Whenever, I train the sales reps for how to focus on these new features messages and provide them all technical support real time even by visiting the customer at routine double visit or individually
2. Catch new products matching with the main company path, which focused on infection control, through strong customer market base, we are one of the strongest companies at Egypt.
I brought, through Arab Health, very strong four new agencies:
a- sterishred waste treatment equipment
b- Colussi sterilizer and washer disinfectors
c- gimmi endoscope
d- soluscope endoscope washer
3. Put the full sector marketing and action plans, forecasting, budget balance, ….etc.
4. Review all tenders technical &financial offers, operation manuals and responsible for its discussions with the key clients along all hospitals for all areas at Egypt, and responsible for any technical support at all levels
That actually, in turn, heavily press me to work for longer times at multitask level.
5. Monitors area managers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
6. Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
7. Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans, standards and procedures, consistent with established policies and board approval.
8. Establish and observe the implementation of all policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
9. Enhance the implementation of a quality management system and improvement plans in the sector.
10. Work with senior leadership to develop, and promote profitable marketing efforts/policies for company services.
