 Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource related activities, which include employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication, and the
interpretation of policies and procedures.
 Drafting and distribution of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, termination, etc.)
 Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal.
 Coordination with Bank for opening salary accounts of new employees and regular correspondence.
 Administer Reward and Recognition Management, employee motivation.
 Prepare all required reports for top management evaluation and analysis.
 Initiate and manage all employee engagement activities.
 Collect the employees hiring documents prepare their employment contracts, handling the opening of the bank accounts for the new comers and their orientation.
 Responsible for attendance calculations, vacations balance and leave of the employees.
 Managing the medical insurance for the employees and their families “ including claims, refunds”
 Assists in the job analysis to generate job descriptions across the Company’s departments and functions and conduct regular updates on job descriptions if needed.
 Assist in recruitment cycle starting from job posting, search filtration, short listing and interviewing.
 Handling the termination process in compliance with the company policies and procedures and conducting the Exit interviews.
 Prepare the payroll transactions sheet every month, which includes “new hires, termination, bank
accounts, ” of the month.
 Handling the enrolment of the new hires in the company social insurance file and handling the pending issues related to the social insurance
 Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

Key Achievements:

 Participated in creating the leave management system.
 Drafted JD’s for the whole departments inside O3 Production Company.
 Managed all the HR Operations successfully for O3 Production Company.
 Participated on all Employee benefits for different levels of employees.
 Updated the HR System.
 Maintained personnel files in compliance with the legal requirements and kept employee records up to date by processing employee status change.
 Supported HR manager in implementing recruitment objectives and HR policies. Conducting Induction and detailing about the company profile, HR policies to the new recruits
 Analyzed the training needs of individuals or groups of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
