COVER LETTER Since the Executive Secretary is my present field of interest, I am overjoyed to see this position open for highly motivated and qualified applicants, and I did not hesitate to look for more details which I eventually applied for as I am confident that I made the right decision given the excellent reputation of the corporation and their unparalleled support for aspiring young professionals and practitioners. I am a B.Sc. holder in the environmental studies from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology (UMST), which uses English language as the language of study and a medium of instructions. This positively upgraded my language skills. I intend to follow the path of nutrition as this has been intention ever since I was an undergraduate student. In this vein, my work experience relatively pertinent to the field of executive secretary. My first experience was at the ministry of oil and gas, where I worked in the field of security, safety and environment. Particularly, the job was how to development a healthy environment through safe means and materials which are scarcely used. Not only that, but the field also include developing alternative means and materials that perceived to the contribute positively to enhancing environmental sustainability. In addition, and within the scope some environmental campaigns for different neighborhoods, I contributed to teaching ways to raising awareness to actively and persistently decreasing pollution in the public spaces which was meant to increase public health. Moreover, I worked as a secretary of a complex of specialized clinics. I have learned much about the types of fields and their diversity, this had a great impact on my mental development. My latest experience was in a company affiliated to the Qatari ministry of health to meet customer services and solution to problems related to information. I have worked in the department of call center. I have much gained from this department. Precisely, it taught me how to deal with patience, diligence, focus, speed and paying attention to customers’ requirements and satisfaction in the distinguished and desirable ways available in the system under every pressure. Eventually, I would like to expand my knowledge and understanding in this area, and I believe that my academic credentials, language skills and work experiences will enable me to make a significant contribution to this field. I see this is an excellent opportunity to enrich my skills and building capacity, and I am confident that will continue to excel in any future career.
