• Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
• Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals.
• Submit follow up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
• Preparing payroll (salaries/commissions)
• Overseeing hiring process which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes and performing reference checks.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed on time.
• Update and keep employee records in check and up to date.
• Addressing any employment relation issue as work complaints.
• Apply for health insurance for employees and their families.
• Organize travel arrangements for all employees, hotel booking, cars rental.
• Calculating payable.
• Ordering stationery and equipment.
• Preparing HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters).
• Preparing ERP requests.
• Arranging accommodation for new joining employees.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Assisting the account department of monthly costumer statement of account.
