• Manage, assemble, and update contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage the development and upkeep of project schedules.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, and due dates.
• Prepare the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary
reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
• Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
• Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a
strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
• Attend bi-weekly site meetings and produce meeting minutes
• Prepare all required closeout documentation for submission to Owners/Consultants
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Organize with all technical sections in the project making sure to comply with due dates for
each section.
• Work with the Project Manager to monitor progress and handle any issues that may arise
• Study projects, putting time sheet for work and Determining time for Finish
the projects.
• Work and Revision projects as per ASHRAE standards.
• HVAC heat load calculations based on ASHRAE standards.
• Performing design calculations in HAP software calculations
• Equipment selection and preparation of equipment’s schedules
• Duct/pipe design and routing calculations& drawings
• Design of firefighting systems
• Estimation of Fire Fighting & Sprinkler System
• prepare Bill of Quantities for project
Project: “The Gate Mall” (under construction) which has 300 shops.
Work Load includes (for each shop):
1. Reviewing prices of F.F. (Fire Fighting), Elect. & HVAC.
2. Preparing the final quotations for above works.
3. Negotiating the quotations & prices with tenants.
4. Coordinating between Contractors/Sub-Contractors and our MEP department for:
- Finishing the composite drawing.
- Finishing all MEP works.
5. Coordinating with all MEP engineers for solving any problem a.s.a.p.
6. Following up all MEP works.

• Prepare RFQ to be sent to different suppliers for the mechanical parts.
• Prepare RFQ to be sent to different suppliers for the A/C parts.
• Meetings suppliers for technical verifications & choosing appropriate material
