1. contact businesses or private individuals by phone
2. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
3. Describe products and services, respond to questions, obtain customer information, obtain possible customer leads.
4. maintain customer/potential customer data bases, follow up on initial contacts and complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Job Description:
1. Receives customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner.
2. Completes research and resolves documentation errors or discrepancies. Forwards more complex problems to Call Center Manager.
3. Provides general information to customers on Company policies, procedures, and programs
