Use microbiological instrumentation such as laminar flow cabinet, micro samples filtration instrument, pH meter, autoclave, incubators, magnetic heaters, etc to preform microbiological analysis
Performing chemical, physical, sensory and microbiological analysis on raw materials and finished product regarding whether they will be approved or rejected.
Controlling and make sure of finished products good quality by controlling raw materials, finished supplies and manufacturing procedures.
Make sure that all materials used are in accordance with company specifications.
Developing all methods to reach, maintain and improve quality standards through laboratory analysis and quality inspection.
Ensuring that all operators and personnel associated with production and machines adhere to quality standards and hygienic rules.
Advising the quality manager of any anomaly.
Making microbiological tests of raw materials received and finished products and making swap test.
Operate according to the Laboratory worldwide S.O.Ps, ( for Johnson & Johnson )
Perform sampling and microbiological examination of raw materials finished products
Isolate and identify microorganisms by microscopic examination, morphological characteristics, and biochemical reactions.
Micro-testing of water involved in mixing process
Maintain strictest standards of hygiene in laboratory area.
Responsible for each paper belong to microbiology lab from micro testing to microbiology equipment
Participate in quality improvement process.
Attended JJRC Audit ( Johnson & Johnson regulatory compliance ) and MIRASS Audit ( micro risk assessment )
