A direct responsibility for winning new business and for building and sustaining client relationships.
• Create an account strategy for each client to ensure clients’ needs and objectives.
• Lead the business development planning process for opportunities.
• Support proposal activities, competitive analysis, and business development.
• Analyses of market information, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
• Target, coordinate, and develop business development strategy activities to include the identification of potential new solicitations and opportunities
• Identify, research, and pre-qualify opportunities to build the sales pipeline in accordance with company strategic objectives and priorities
• Manage and plan the full life cycle for programs and projects: developing customer and business relationships, executing proposals, managing resources and contracting efforts, coordinating detail documentation, analyzing and evaluating performance from initial award to contract close.
1. Develop marketing plans based on project objectives, target audience, goals, ROI and present to appropriate project stakeholders.
2. Research different marketing vehicles to determine which ones will be appropriate to the specific marketing campaign
3. Research and recommend new avenues to expand the reach of specific target audiences
4. Test and analyze results of marketing deliverables/segments/messaging
5. Analyze and report results of all marketing campaigns, and adjust marketing campaigns as needed
6. create quarterly marketing reports
7. Perform competitive and product market analysis
8. Manage projects, as assigned
9. Develops and tracks schedules for marketing projects
10. Responsible for completion of project on-time
11. Creates efficient processes to support the strategy and scope of each Marketing program.
1.Daily monitor of the competitors on the newspapers and magazines and delivering daily clipping reports.
2. Responsible for media reservation and monitor, that will include newspapers, magazines radio, TV…etc.
3. Responsible for production of gifts, giveaways, POS materials and company stationary.
4. Responsible for inventory of all the marketing materials and reproduction.
5. Budget allocation.
6. Manage all related suppliers and vendors.
7. Review all content writing of the advertising materials, brochures, flyers, TV, papers and magazines and internet.
8. CSR plan, budget allocation, implementation, monitor and metrics.
9. Plan, organize and coordinate all company events that will include trade show, exhibitions, press conference, and media events.
10. Coordinate the marketing team with all company departments.
11. Responsible for Media relations.
12. All year calendar planning and budget allocation.
1. Plan, organize all company Events, Exhibition and meetings.
2. Marketing Campaigns.
3. Make and update all presentations, Forms contracts and offers.
4. Follow-up with NGO’s.
5. Marketing budget “activities”, marketing research, evaluation & report for every quarter.
6. Support sales department by data base, responsible for POS materials, providing market trends and exhibitions.
7. Follow-up company projects.
