Assist leadership to efficiently implement RI projects (Education, Livelihood, Protection) in the host community areas in line with the approved project proposals and budgets. Contribute to the development of educational and informational programs focusing
on the specific needs of RI beneficiaries. (MoE teachers, Refugee students, Jordanian local community).
Implement and coordinate professional action plans for 28 team members and
follow up on the implementation. Monitor the implementation program to identify areas of improvement to ensure the optimal results . Prepare pre and post exams to verify learning capacity and course efficacy among
RI beneficiaries. Assist the Cash distributions in creating and improving implementation tools (such
SOPs, monitoring formats, and evaluations) and innovations based on Relief Policy. Deliver constructive feedback to leadership on staff progress, strengths and weaknesses. Project planning and budgeting and staff planning and supervision. Support on implementing HR and procurement policies and procedures .
Integrated additional content into curriculum to address COVID-19 concerns to RI
programs promote child protection and gender mainstreaming and ensure proper
implementation in the field
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure necessary program
planning, development and resource availability. Responsible for the recruitment process of the Incentive based volunteers (IBVs) in
the camps. Ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of activities in the field along with the M&E department. Represent RI in working groups, partner organizations, government agencies, parent
groups and other stakeholders and arrange and support donor field visit
