-Approve and handle HITS day to day operations.
-Administrate employees’ medical inquiries on daily basis.
-Supervise administration employees’ files to ensure proper document filing.
-Supervise and ensure Employees’ documents comply with labor law through handling boarding and resignation process.
-Handle day to day ticketing system inquires.
-Responsible for legal compliance with respect to local labor laws.
-Responsible for creating new bank accounts to employees.
-Responsible for onboarding process for new employees.
-Responsible for employee’s report on monthly basis and annual reports as well.
-Contribute to Centro’s benefit programs to reach out other external parties.
-Represent Company at Social insurance and Labor office and other governmental agencies.
-Ensure Employees’ documents comply with labor law through handling boarding and resignation pr

Meet with supervisors to review department needs and requests for new positions.
Determine deadlines and draft a recruitment plan for each assigned vacancy.
Send (Daily, weekly & monthly) reports on performance.
Have been responsible for planning of hiring for a new business line opening in Centro.
Outreach different parties (recruitment agencies, Wuzzuf, linkedin, … ) to better serve the recruitment process.
Draft vacancies and publish through all sources; internal and external as required.
Screen CVs using online sources and via job fair CVs, Compile CVs to establish a valid pipeline for pending positions.
Conduct interviews, over the phone and in-person.
Help maintain and manage recruitment email inboxes by following established filing systems.
Work to meet the recruitment targets as given by the Human Resources Recruiting Manager.
Respond to inquiries as received in a timely manner.
Follow established archiving system to archive daily work.
Send correspondence on behalf of Centro regarding the status of employment for each applicant.
Coordinate new hire entry with relevant departments within required service standards.
Attend job fairs as needed. Set up equipment, bring materials and coordinate with other departments to assign representatives to attend the job fair if applicable.
Screen candidates and conduct on the spot interviews. Collect CVs and contact information from candidates and report success of job fair to Human Resources Recruitment Manager and executive team.
1. Register and update employees data using the Oracle system
2. Save the file and records management staff as well as memos
3. Specify vacancies and participate in the study of the best ways to be filled either internally or externally
4. Communicate between employees and departments in accordance with the policies and procedures
5. Co ordinate between the various departments to prepare a job description
1.Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
2.Performs call monitoring, verifying accuracy, measuring effectiveness, providing feedback and coaching sessions.
3.Uses quality monitoring data system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
4.Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
5.Provides feedback to call center team leaders.
6.Give orientation Session about Quality for new training batches.
7.Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
8.Boost the team’s spirit by having a positive attitude & maintaining a healthy competitive environment.
1.Source, screen and interview candidates ( blue & white collar) for a variety of positions for our clients including: (Hospitality & Catering, Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, etc…)
2.Seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skill to fill a particular position.
3.Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites.
4.Analyze candidates resume and cover letters.
5.Contact and establish appointments with prospective employees.
6.Interview candidates.
7.Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
8.Organize and conduct job fairs and open days.
9.Develop and send job offers to candidates.
10.Provide support to candidates as well as to clients.
11.Maintain, organize and update candidate database.
12.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards and regulations.
