Computation of taxable income and corporate tax, Calculation of advance tax, Calculation of periodically service tax and GST liability, Ensuring that withholding taxes are deducted at the correct rates and deposited with the Government (Treasury) on time
Work towards Tax Assessment cases and appeals with the Tax departments. Attaining hearing and preparing various details & report required by concern tax authority
Overseeing various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, analysis and monthly submission of MIS to the senior management

Job Profile
In Co-ordination with Senior Manager responsible for preparing financial budget.
Issue and negotiation of Letter of Credit and issuance of bank guarantees.
Preparation for export documents / complying for export letter of credit timely submission with bank for realization / follow up, liaise with bank for timely realization / credit of export remittance.
Preparation of VAT Report E-Filling monthly
Preparation of TDS E-Filling quarterly
Monitoring all tax formalities.
Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS statements.
Preparation of Receivable and payable statement and monitoring.
Guiding towards reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier & customer accounts.
Co-ordination with statutory auditors for finalization of annual accounts
Job Profile:
Establishing, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures.
Compiling and analyzing financial information for preparing entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and documenting transactions
Preparing MIS statements weekly / monthly.
Working capital management -Debtors & Creditors analysis and their collections & payments.
Co-ordination with bankers, discounting of LC and issuance of bank guarantee & Letter of credit.
Responsible for preparation of C.M.A. data for renewal / extension of working capital and term loan facility. Presenting FFR I & FFR II for the company.
Preparing Monthly Performance Report, BalanceSheet, Profit & loss account, Cash Flow Statement.
Guiding towards reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier & customer accounts.
Ensuring tax management and compliance of statutory returns / payment within due date as per Income tax Act, Central Excise and Sales Tax Authorities.

Handling ESIC, EPF audit.
