Job Responsibilities:-
- Preparation of Baseline Master Schedule in Primavera, by going through contract info, estimated budget documents and SOW.
- Creating W.B.S of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation activities and weightage distribution up to level-4.
- Defining activities, associated durations, and their inter relationships; informing the project team whenever the schedule does not appear to meet project objectives. Identifying key mile stones.
- Scheduling deliverables include work break down structure (WBS), mile stone schedules, base line schedule, critical path analysis, resource loading, and progress updation.
- Preparation of Manpower & Equipment Requirement plans.
- Preparation of Progress & Resource S-curves.
- Providing weekly & monthly targets to the project team and monitoring the accomplishments. Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Engineers and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will effect in implementation of the project schedule.
- Prepare progress reports for management and client in accordance with Project Control Procedures and other instructions.
- Carry out follow-up of progress and periodic updating of the status to analyze the progress trend for highlighting conformance to the plan as well as areas of shortfall with a view to minimize the deviations.
- Maintain and update schedule, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with the base lines.
- Prepare budget histograms, curves, resources logs (manpower, materials and equipment) as reference base lines for the control during the various project execution phases.
- Overseeing problems such as design changes, backlogs, and restrictions.
- Preparation of Recovery Plan by noting the negative/zero float to restrict project closer to the base-line.
- Co-ordination with the Project Manager and E&P departments on current issues of concern and potential future problems resulting in reprogramming as necessary to overcome them.
- Coordination with subcontractors for resource mobilization, define SOW, monitoring project progress on sites.

Job Responsibilities:-
- Prepare project plans, development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Control Regime for execution in line with project over all schedules.
- “Planning and Scheduling” of the project including resource loading, cost reports, craft wise manpower analysis, equipment deployment plan and earned value analysis. Keeping a close watch on man-hours booking to appropriate cost centers.
- Critically monitor execution, and to suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives and targets.
- Analyze overall discipline wise progress and efficiency reports, compare with the targets, and indicate areas where improvements are required.
- Update activities related to my discipline in Level-III plan and generate rolling 3 months and 4 weeks look ahead plans in close co-ordination with Discipline I/C, Construction Manager and Planning & FEDC Manager and assist them for preparation of MPR and identification of extra work.
- Identify updated requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumable and equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan.
- Calculating and presenting Cost Performance index, Schedule performance index, Cost variance, Schedule variance and % Productivity to management.
- Monitor and analyze progress, efficiency; and consumption of direct materials, direct consumable and equipment utilization for my area of responsibility and provide reports for the health of project as compared to Original and Latest Forecast Plans and other Key Performance indicator (KPIs).
- Prepare comprehensive work packages for field execution staff.
- Coordinate with Project team in all activities of Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
Project: Wind Tunnels Complex
Client: Von Karman Belgium and VZLU Czech Republic

The scope of the project was fabrication of structure (2500 ton), erection of wind tunnel equipment’s, and piping (25000 inch dia) installation of heat exchangers as well as civil work for wind tunnel buildings. My role involved following job responsibilities:
- Verification of scope of civil and mechanical works from contract documents.
- Development of Level-4 plan in Primavera P3.
- Planning of all scope activities related to fabrication and erection of steel structure, piping, and heat exchanger, pumps, fans, crane & hoist etc), Electrical & Grounding Works, HVAC works.
- Development of material requirement and equipment delivery plan and consumable requirement, based on Master Plan.
- Monitoring and reporting the site progress and suggest corrective actions in daily and weekly meetings against risk assessment and delay analysis.
- Coordination with subcontractors for project progress on site.
- Coordination with vendors for the clarification of technical issues as directed by Project Manager.
- Coordination with the commercial department for technical problems related to the purchase of material and equipment.
- Make strategy for the execution of works and identify works that need to be sublet, and the works that are to be executed by the department.
Project: Wind Tunnel Prototypes Design and Manufacturing
My Role involved following responsibilities:
- Prepare activity schedules and plan for design scope of work.
- Development of a design plan for wind tunnel prototype.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications and other data to evaluate the feasibility and cost of design project.
- Design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using modeling and analysis, experience with structural assembly using Pro/E.
