Job Responsibilities: Sales & related management.
Sales and solutions of Automation products like PLC, HMI, SCADA and RTUs of various known brands(ABB, ROCKWELL, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, HONEYWELL, WAGO etc.)
Maintaining relationships with customers
All Business development activities
Visiting and Monitoring project sites and coordination with end users for all automation related Queries/activities
Achieving Sales objectives and targets as provided by the management
Generating Inquiries and leads by identifying prospects( Projects, Person, Consultant, Contractors etc)
Study Specifications/ Drawings and requirements of the project
Preparing/ Checking estimation for accuracy as per format and market situation
Right selection of the products as per the specifications and client requirements
Prepare/Submit/Follow up on quotations and updating all information in CRM as per company procedures
Negotiate with customers on price, costs, delivery and specifications
Job finalizing and order handling
Coordinate and perform sales related activities as per ISO procedures
Payments/ Receivable follow ups
Keeping Self Aware of market for ongoing projects, Decision makers, Expected project start dates, competitors etc.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new opportunities or solutions
Establishing new contacts
Setting up meetings and developing relationship with clients/ Consultants/ contractors
Help in researching and introducing new products in to the market
Participating in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
Handling after Sales Activities/ Correspondence and customer complaints or objections
Sales & Marketing of Various Drives, PLC’s, Motors etc.
Programming & Installations of all types of VFD’s- Variable frequency drives
Programming & Installations of PLC’s
Providing technical support to the customers as required
Leading projects and handling all its responsibilities
Leading sales & service teams and providing support to them as required for sales & service activities
Handling all sales department & reporting to GM about the progress
Providing trainings and sales development skills to the sales engineer
Meeting clients directly and completing their on demand site applications or jobs
Providing various trainings to clients as per their requirements
Providing Targets to the sales teams and monitoring their work & Achievements
Finalizing with various EPC’s and clients for the quoted material’s supply and delivery terms
* Handling all installations of VFD's, handling projects, sales and all services after sales.
* Programming, troubleshooting of different VFD's like, Vacon, Lenze, Siemens, ABB, Telemecanique etc..
