Project Director•Manager

Assad was a key member of the our team that took our construction capability and applied it to the sector of concrete marina pontoon construction. By design, the construction of concrete pontoons required the team to apply very high levels of quality control, particularly minimal cover over rebar, concrete finishing and buoyancy positioning. From starting the new facility, Assad helped to take the pontoon production to over 600sqm, over 20 units, of pontoons per week. Assad’s role included; supervision of over 150 staff, design liaison, Site Health and Safety, construction quality, supply chain delivery and scheduling. More recently Assad has been involved with the buildings group, where he has assisted in delivering various marina facilities. Through his time with us, Assad conducted himself professionally with dedication and enthusiasm, built a strong relationship with those working under his supervision and delivered against challenging construction targets of quality and consistency.
