- Achieve Targeted Operational Profitability for the project.
- Day-to-day management of project activities that include establishing and delivering project deliverables on project milestones, project resources (funding, personnel support), and assembling project schedules and revenue targets.
- Review of Electro-Mechanical project specifications and ensure they are followed.
- Assure preparation of engineering documents and project drawings are completed as required.
- Review of contract and BOQ, reporting all relevant discrepancies to the operation manager.

- Prepare monthly statement and follow up on payments.
- Support during the installation and commissioning phase.

ACTC & HETC CONTRACTING (January 2016 - January 2018) LEBANON
MEP Engineer reporting to Operations Manager, Lebanese University North Campus Project, follow up and Supervision on MEP works such as:
- HVAC chilled water system, boilers, including pumps, main distribution boards installation, fresh air supply system and Extract fans.
- DX and split unit system, design and installation
- Air Terminals, ducting design & installation, coordination with all related electrical trades.
- plumbing, drainage and water supply, coordination with all related electrical trades
- Water softening for chilled and heating system
- Compressed air and Vacuum, oxygen and acetylene installation
- Irrigation system design and installation.
- Road’s infrastructure design and coordination of: storm water, sewage water, fire pipes, domestic potable & irrigation water pipes, medium voltage cables, telephone and telecom cables

BASELINE FABRICATION LTD (January 2014 - January 2016) NIGERIA
In partnership with KELM LTD and HARB ELECTRIC.
❖Started as design engineer:
Preparing design drawings related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Water supply. Preparing shop drawings for Air duct fabrication. Follow up on the production of air ducts. Site visit and inspection on Mechanical installation.
❖Later on, after 1 year: Projects coordinator:
- Review of tender document including the scope of work, specifications, value engineering, and bill of quantities, technical clarification and offer, and list of deviation to the specification, list of deviation to the scope of work.
- Review the issued for construction drawings.
- Review of the index of tender document.
- Review changes between tender and construction drawings.
- Attend to meetings (with main contractor or consultant).
- General review of others disciplines MEP layouts in order to highlight any problem that might occur.
- Prepare the document register of shop drawings. Review all shop drawing.
- Prepare the material submittal schedule. Prepare the request for information (RFI).
- Check material take off and issue enquiry to procurement Dept.
- Follow up on the material submittal approval with the consultant and main contractor and resubmit, if required, any commented material submittal with final approval.
- Issue the site requisition of the approved material once the material take off is made based on approved shop drawings.
- Make sure the purchase order for the above issued site requisition is issued.
- Follow up on valuations payments. Secure approval on variations in coordination with consultant

National OilWell Varco (January 2012 - August 2013) DUBAI
Instrumentation Service Engineer: for several international companies: Rowan, Helmerich and Payne, WeatherFord, KDC, Aramco, all around Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, KSA and Kuwait.
Manage projects, which includes upgrading and/or installing products as well as repair product performance items, all related to instrumentation.
- Investigate reported product problems and initiate corrective action following through on the corrective action required ensuring successful implementation.
- Perform inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms, land rigs, or in workshops.
- Liaise with rig’s management during offshore assignment.
- Communicate with respective Managers for briefing and debriefing of service-related activities. Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and
how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair NOV instrumentation equipment

SAKR Power Generation (September 2011 - December 2011) LEBANON
Design Engineer: Solid Works Design, 3D modeling and AutoCAD drawings for generators, radiators, base frames. CNC machines programing, manufacturing of all the parts existed in the gen-set. Base frames design and calculation, coupling between Engine and Alternator. Design new gen-set open and enclosed set, preparation of the Bill of Material.
