- Enhance customer Sales service.
- Provide accurate report, feedback, recommendations and coordinate seasonal Product Trainings and Product Launches.
- Meet Target Stocks rotations and sell-through and allocate the stocks according to needs.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and track conversion rates as directed.
- Lock and secure the store, and oversee compliance with all security procedures.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to stay within budgeted parameters
- Apply all Human Resources Directives relating to progressive discipline, investigations, and documentation

• Communication with brand manager to keep him informed on all aspect of the store’s performance.

Staff management
• Recruit, interview, hire, and terminate store staff
• Shift schedule preparation and distribution.
• Develop recommended monthly annual sales targets.
• Manage the store activities and results of the store sales staff.
• Daily review of the sales targets and development of ways to help the store sales staff to achieve and over achieve.
• Weekly sales meeting with the sales staff, all the team and individually.
• Insuring the client’s satisfaction by implementing the best costumer services training.
• Being competent in all aspects of work done by sales staff and assistant manager.
• Motivating the employee, Being involved in the hiring process and store staff evaluation.
• Completing the payroll summaries and planning.
• Ensuring that all the bank deposits, paperwork is completed and sent to the accounting.
• To serve customers courteously and efficiently ensuring that highest standards of customer services are met at all times.
• Monitoring, filling the stock as standard, inventory, assisting on ordering the collection.
