• Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards.
• Carry out regular site inspections to check follow safety policies and procedures at site.
• Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation.
• Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy.
• Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements.
• Record incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers;
• Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances, e.g. asbestos.
• Advice on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise.
• Attend weekly walk through meeting with clint.
Ensure of demolishing procedure of Bridge & utility (Road, pipe lines, Box culvert).
• Coordinates with client probability and requirements on compliance with regards in HSE:
• Conduct safety meetings, tool box talks, pre-job meetings, pre-tour meetings.
• Input safety advice into risk assessments; make weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Monitor safe and unsafe acts and conditions even near miss to prevent a major mishap.
• Inspection tools through color code monitoring of Scaffolding, excavation, working on height.
• Monitor electrical and mechanical work operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standard.
• Serving as the first res ponder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
• Producing concise reports for managers on Health and Safety matters.
• Advising Managers, colleagues of safe working practices.
• Conducting training courses.
• Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standard.
• Serving as the first res ponder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
• Producing concise reports for managers on Health and Safety matters.
• Advising Managers, colleagues of safe working practices.
• Conducting training courses.
• Carrying out safety inspections.
• Performing root cause analysis for incident/accident investigations.
• Recording and investigating and accidents or incidents.
