Waste Heat Recovery for Power Generation (WHRPG) project at Helwan Company, one of Suez Cement Group, which is affiliated with Heidelberg Cement Group: As it is the first of its kind to be applied in Egypt for the cement industry. Korra Energi has taken charge of the 'Design & Build' of the project where wasted heat generated from the Pre-Heater and Air Quenching Coolers of the Two Production Lines will be recovered and converted into Electrical Power (20 Megawatts), improving facility's energy efficiency and Carbon Footprint (DE carbonization).

Job responsibility:
• Accountable for health and safety performance.

-Telecom Scope & Construction Sites. My duties: 1. Establish & Maintain OHS plan 2. Lead OHS Department to achieve SKY OHS policy targets. 3. Responsible for PPE & Safety Tools periodic inspection. 4. Control fleet department to avoid accident or near miss occurrence. 5. Attend Client monthly meeting to discuss our performance. 6. Responsible for SKY premises. 7. Provide Induction & internal training to our resources. 8. Meet OHSAS 18001 requirements.
Project : Expansion of Suez Canal . Sep 2015 to Nov 2016 (one year). it is a big project in EGYPT in 2015, target is to make expansion of Suez Canal.
-Construction Scope. My duties: 1. Conduct toolbox meeting daily before start work. 2. Conduct daily inspection for all mechanical equipment's. 3. Site risk assessment. 4. Daily site visit to check (activities, workers, PPE, Safety tools, Pipes, equipment and working area). 5. Reporting any non-conformity activity or any hazards or risks in site with my corrective action was taken to Safety engineer. 6. Conduct induction for new members.
ECP(telecommunication) : Health and Safety Manager. From 1 Jan 2013 till 30 Sep 2014.

Performing the below responsibilities: 1. Maintaining awareness of active and developing situations. 2. Ensuring the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented. 3. Ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan 4. During initial response, document the hazard analysis process, hazard identification, exposure assessment and controls. 5. Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work plan. 6. Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications. 7. Exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts. 8. Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
