Managing the operation in all NAS lounges at both Kuwait International main terminal and Sheikh Saad. Project manager for airlines that have no staff in Kuwait and are handled by NAS.
United Air Lines - Kuwait, Qatar & Bahrain (Sep 2009 -Present)
•Implement all the safety aspects in all areas, making sure that the customers, company assets and the employees are safe at all the times. “Achieved Safety Silver Level at Kuwait station in 2013”.
•Overseeing the whole operations making sure that all safety aspects are implemented with proper records on Line Operations Safety Assessment (LOSA), generating reports weekly and monthly to tackle any safety threat, as well the hazards log sheet with proper follow up on all opened cases.
• Responsible for all of the business in the three locations by liaising with all departments that are involved in the daily operations and the long term strategies including the local authorities and other vendors, with conducting safety meeting with local authorities and the different vendors.
•Set up the stations emergency plans for meeting the organization requirements and tackle any issue that could arise, performing an emergency drills two times a year by involving all departments.
•Responsible for completing the business continuity plan and keeping that up-to-date
•Managing a big group of employees, monitor all staff performances, setting goals and collaterals for individuals.
•Working closely with the TSA and implementing all security directives, responsible for all of the locations audits that are completed by the TSA and the company corporate security department.
•Responsible for all of the company self-auditing system including Self Audit Questionnaire “SAQ”, security, safety, fuelling and customer services.
•Monitor the training requirements and completions reports for all employees, ensuring that the company remains in compliance with the law and the business will not be effected
•Proper planning for manpower needs that ensure maximum productivity and minimum overtime.
•Budgeting annually for the business in coordination with the finance and accounting departments for accuracy and on time payments. Revisiting the forecast monthly and updating any changes.
•Coordinating with HR for any employee related issues, forecasting manpower needs. Hire or layoff staff in line with the business needs with reverence to the company and labor laws.
•Established a robust relationship with all local authority parties, and business partners.
•Work with Vendor planning and procurements departments for negotiating any new or a renewal of contracts with vendors for achieving a competitive rates and better revenue return.
Operation and administration (Delta) :
Responsible for directing and supporting ACS personnel in all day to day operations related activities and in non- routine situations.
Supervise the handling agents and monitor all of the operations activities
Graduated in June 2019, my thesis topic was employees performance under stress.
