العمل محاسب مشاريع بمشروع مترو الرياض 3 عقود من إئتلاف فاست
،محاسب عام مشاريع مسئول عن كافة الشوؤن المالية وفواتير المقاولين من الباطن ومتابعه إستلام الدفعات من المقاول الرئيسى (المالك) ومتابعه المواد وعمل جرد عليها شهرياً حسب نظام الشركة والتحكم فى كافة المصروفات اليوميه التى تخص المشروع والعمل على الحد من الإهدار ومتابعه دوام العماله الإيجار وتقديم النصائح والتقارير المالية لمدرائى فى العمل للحد من التكاليف بالمقارنة بالإيرادات
عمل ادخالات ضريبه القيمه المضافه شهريا
العمل على رواتب الشركة والاجازات ونهايه الخدمه
- Coordinate with owner Accounting Dept. for invoices & Payments.
- Contact with suppliers to get material invoice & delivery note on time.
- Coordinate with main office (HR) to solve manpower issues if any.
- Control & monitoring of petty cash.
- Verification of materials delivered w/ delivery note & invoice.
- Verification of time sheet & Invoice of hired manpower.
- Verification of time sheet & Invoice of rental equipment & vehicles.
- Verifying time sheet of employees.
- Monitoring inventory and verify the final report.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
• العمل بمشروع تبوك عبارة عن مجموعه مشاريع - درء أخطار السيول والأمطار
يتكون المشروع من عدة مناطق وهى (القليبة - الوجه - الشبحه - مشروع الوفرات - السيل الكبير - المرحله 13(صرف صحى ) - مشروع أشواق ) وكانت مهامى الوظيفية كالتالى :
- متابعة فواتير المقاولين والموردين وإعداد كشوف حسابات لهم
- متابعه فواتير الشركة المقدمة إلى العميل من حيث إستكمال الأوراق والمتابعه حتى يتم الصرف
- متابعه جميع الأمور الإدارية الخاصة بالموظفين
- التحكم فى مصروفات المشروع والفصل بين مصروفات كل مشروع
- Responsible for the processing, reviewing, tracking and construction draws for multiple projects.
- Maintaining payment draws files and invoice files.
- Communicate with project managers, vendors, and external parties to manage draw requests/requirements.
- Perform/review bank account reconciliations and assist with corporate balance sheet reconciliations and other corporate monthly internal management reports.
- Calculate and invoice general contracting fees and allocate payroll to projects.
- Responsible for Construction accounts receivable tracking, management, and reporting.
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
- General accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing.
- Prepare deposits and weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports .

- يتكون المشروع من 6 مواقع وهى ( موقع القطيف - موقع الإحساء - موقع العضيلية - موقع الظهران - موقع السليل - موقع الرياض )
- مهام العمل فى المشروع هى العمل محاسب مشروع والتحكم فى جميع المواقع من حيث متابعه تكلفه المشروع
- وعمل توقع تكاليف المشروع لمدة ثلاث شهور او أكثر
- تقديم تقارير ماليه عن المشروع والمساهمة فى الحد من زيادة مصروفات المشروع
- التعاقد مع المقاولين ( موردين العماله - المعدات )
-دراسه وتخطيط والتوقع بالمصروفات والإيرادات المستقبلية بالتنسيق مع جميع الأقسام
