Providing technical expertise, solutions, and guidance to the estimation, design, manufacturing,
and site teams across the business for all types of precast, steel buildings, and modular buildings,
1. Manage and perform cost-effective proposals for all types of buildings.
2. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to produce high-quality structural analysis, project
calculations, and drawings for completion of design tasks to agreed deadlines and budget
3. Prepare full structural design for different kinds of projects as per local, international codes
and company standards and obtain approval from authority or municipality.
4. Perform detailed and complete checks of all calculations, drawings, and production panels.
5. Represent the company's technical department in meetings with clients and authorities.
6. Supervise/control the precast/steel manufacturing activity to ensure compliance with design.
7. Solve production and installation problems and generate the required remedial connections.
8. Conduct site supervision to review & check all construction phases for resolving any issues.

Managing all technical matters, the technical office/site team, required resources, project
performance, profitability/costs and cash flow. Coordinate the design between the clients’ design
team, contractors, sub-contractors, Site team and Engineers to ensure smooth construction work
for all types of concrete, precast, Steel buildings and modular buildings.
• Advise and lead the team in estimating, studying, and pricing projects during the bidding stage.
• Assist project teams with all aspects of project implementation, including but not limited to
day-to-day site and factory inspections, quality control, safety, audits, report preparation, etc.
• Supervise the preparation of all submittals, including shop drawings, BBS and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP works and civil works, assisting in preparing and checking
method statements for all construction phases of structural and architectural works.
• Manage QS team to prepare progressive work payment invoice for client with detailed BOQ.
• Supervise/control steel manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with design.
• Resolve installation and construction issues and facilitate necessary remedial connections.

Coordinating the design between the clients’ design team, contractors, sub-contractors, site team
and Engineers to ensure all structural design, calculations and drawings are accurate and
available in a timely manner to facilitate the production and installation of major structural,
architectural and multi-Story modular construction buildings.
a. Supervises / Controls the precast/steel manufacturing activity to ensure compliance with design.
b. Follow up the time schedule agreed for all design drawings with Clients / Sub-Contractors.
c. Perform detailed and complete check of all drawings, production tickets and calculation.
d. Coordinate the design with all the project team/Clients for projects up to AED 950 million.
e. Attend design team meetings with the clients/Contractor to ensure that all the required details
are incorporated into our design to get the authority approval for the drawings/Calculations.
f. Coordinate design updates with the production team in the factory and site installation team.
g. Provide checking and technical support for the organization and review variations and RFI.

Providing technical expertise, solutions, and guidance to sales, estimation, design,
manufacturing, and site teams across all projects.
Project Types:
1- Bridge slabs & Parking structure.
2- System buildings (Load bearing walls & Hollow core/Double tee slabs/Planks…. etc.).
3- High Rise Building / Architectural & Multi-Story modular construction buildings.
4- Column/Beam structure.
5- Boundary/Sound walls, Tanks, Stairs and Footings.
6- Infrastructure / Utility works (Manhole, Inlets, Box Culvert, Tunnels, etc...).
7- Blast Resistant Building in Petrochemical Facilities.
Tasks include:
• Designing, Coordinating and Checking Steel Structural, CIP and GRC Projects.
• Provide the optimum design proposals to the estimation / marketing team in the bidding stage.
• Review the erection drawings and production tickets with the design team.
• Ordering the hardware required for the project and Assign the required BOQ.
• Directing and monitoring design/drafting team for producing structural drawings .
• Inspect the factory and site in all stages to check the production panels with the required
sizes, reinforcement and connection details to avoid any problem before casting panels.
• Coordinate all variation details with the client and project teams to avoid any conflicts.
• Supervises / Controls the precast/steel manufacturing activity to ensure compliance with design.
• Solve installation problems and generate the required remedial connections.
1- Engineering:
a. Perform or assign all structural calculation tasks for each project.
b. Perform and assign all structure calculation tasks for the entire project. Taking in
Consider all applied loads to the structure such as wind load, seismic load, snow
load, etc.
c. Provide checking and technical support for the organization.
d. Analyze (2D/3D) and design precast, prestressed and steel structural systems,
Modular housing, members, joints, connections, for expected design loads and
handling loads using engineering software such as SAP, ETABS, SAFE, CSI
Column, CSI Bridge, Concise Beam, LECWall, Robot, Staad Pro, Prokon,
AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla and Tekla Tedds.
e. Schedule a timely submittal package for Municipality/Authority approval using
contract drawings, specifications, local building codes and factory standards.
2- Project Management:
a. Manage assigned projects from project coordination meeting to final settlement.
b. Provide engineering and technical expertise to the project coordinator for field
corrective work and raising the performance of the project teams.
c. Monitor and control engineering costs/pricing to achieve profitability goals.
d. Ensure timely procurement of all material for production and installation.
e. Perform detailed and complete check of all drawings and calculation.
