Coordinating on Ramp the safe & timely turnaround of every aircraft.
Load Planning and flight preparation by setting up the initial load plan, organising respective flight documents (Airline flight plans, MET reports, service information) for every specific flight as required by a Captain.
Load Information Report, Weight & Balance Calculation and Processing Flight Information with regards to actual weight of the aircraft and the crew, fuel, passengers and baggage, special baggage and cargo compiled into a “Load Sheet” for the flight.
Preparing Flight reports relating to estimated time of arrival, delay, actual time of departure, load and special load etc. and communicating the same to final destination of every flight as well as the airline´s operations centre and the airport Authorities (e.g. passenger information system) updated.
Receive and disseminate information coordinating between the various concerned departments of the airlines and ground handling.
Assisting the dispatchers & loading team leaders in organizing DATA for flight plans, example weather charts & other important messages by Fax/SITA/email.
