HSE Officer في Target Engineering construction company

 Daily inspection of permits and procedures including method statements and risk assessments, administering tool box talks and HERO(Hazard evaluation risk ownership)
 Ensure all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to a work activity commencing.
 Monitor critical activities on site & correct the unsafe practices followed by the workers.
 Monitor Scaffolding Erection/Dismantling work, Crane work / Lifting operations, Hot work and inspect checklists for equipments and inspection tags/colour code for the same.
 Ensuring personal protective equipment(PPE) compliance in site.
 Prompt reporting of all near miss, incidents, accidents on site and Investigation / Assistance during Investigation
 Maintaining First Aid facilities on Site.
 Conduct site related HSE Training for the workers and document it.
 Conduct fire mock drill and train the workers for the “Emergency Evacuation Procedure” after hearing the emergency siren and conduct the head counting of the workers assembled at the assembly point area (Emergency Planning).
 Provide necessary help to work force in maintaining good housekeeping &proper waste disposal.
 Ensure availability of fire extinguishers wherever necessary & also the trained worker for the correct use of the same.
 Maintaining safety statistics, all applicable files and records related to HSE
 Develop a safety culture, promoting a safe and excellent working environment.
 HSE liaison with client and/or regulatory authorities
 Review and monitor Environmental Control Plans & Emergency Response Plans as per the activities.
 Promotes “Incident and Injury Free” strategy in the workplace.
