Responsible for ensuring that NHI has a robust, secure, resilient, and
effective IT infrastructure across Europe, Middle East & Asia.
Active role in defining IT strategy to achieve current and future vision in-line
with Now Health’s overall growth strategies.
Lead IT Security & Governance and ensure that NHI meets all regulatory,
legal, audit, internal and external standards for IT across all jurisdictions.

Expert on Open Health Plus, an end-to-end insurance management software
solution.
Monitor and analyze application, Database performance and implement
measures to improve performance across all system components by
analyzing Oracle trace, using SQL Optimizers, deploying indexes, etc.
Implemented a PCI compliant payment gateway solution to process secure
credit card payments on the Now Health’s member portal.
