My duties and responsibilities: Organizes and develops sales and sales promotion of Sideloffer (Equipment, Inte-gration, Engineering & Services) withinthe dedicated geographical area or business sector.
Actively participates in the development of the Company and constantly strengthens itsbrand image.
Proposes an annual action plan to the Zone Sales Director.
Manages customer relationship in relation with the different departments of thecompany ( PM2, Design office, Manufacturing, …)
Develops sales within my area.
Transmitting all the necessary information to establish the offer (pre-qualifications ofsolutions).
Establishing commercial contracts respecting Group directives.
In case of intermediaries (agents, other company of the Group …), supervising andchecking the middle man but also managing the training and reinforcing the partnernetwork.
Participates in sales promotion proposing and implementing actions, monitoring itsefficiency and reporting to the Zone Sales Director.
Reinforces R&D giving feedback about evolution of market demands and proposingnew solutions.
Key Achievements Presented and implemented successful "marketing sales program" by applying my strong technical knowledge and smart data analytics.
Develop relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders in my area. Investigated and resolved customer complaints
