Working as a Rolling stock maintenance support engineer & Preventive mainteance support enigineer at Bredero Shaw Pipeline Performance UA.E, Ras Al Khaima, UAE. 5-7-2015 onwards.
• Exposure in :
• CAT Wheel loader (988B, 980C, 966E, 966C, 950C & 920C) service, engine over hauling, testing and hydraulic cylinder maintenance.
• CAT (DP30NT) & Hyster Forklift maintenance and over hauling
• Manitowoc and Link belt crane maintenance
• Demag excavator maintenance, including engine over hauling (Detroit diesel engine & Cummines engine)
• Participated in Equipment recertification, Load test of fork & spreader bar, MPI test
• CAT & FG Wilson genset service and inspection
• Hydraulic equipment maintenance (Loader & Demag Lift/Tilt cylinders)
• Compressor maintenance (Quincy & Ingersol XP-750)
Electrically operated, double grinder Over Head Traveling Crane 40 TON(OHC-STAHL AS 7050-254/1L1) maintenance, recertification & load test.
• Pipe coating plant (3LP, Internal plant & CWC) maintenance and inspection.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic machinieries inspection and maintenance.
• Coating conveyor & Quench conveyor maintenance.
Completed one year apprentice training in Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd(“A Navarathna”-A Govt. of India Enterprise) in the period of 2014-2015
