• Assist in project coordination by providing timely updates on the status of
electrical drawings, materials in collaboration with engineering and design
teams.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the clients, contractors and
internal teams throughout the construction and maintenance phase of the
project.
• To lead the shop drawings, vendor coordination, and material selection
and approval process for electrical works from start to finish, ensuring that
all designs meet client requirements, are safe, functional, and aesthetically
pleasing, overseeing the development of detailed construction plans.
• Prepare purchase requisitions required based on design project
requirements and quantities take off for electrical materials, systems, and
equipment.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and vendors to convey
technical information and address any concerns related to vendor
electrical drawings.
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and milestones, managing
workload effectively and communicating any potential delays or challenges
to project managers.
• Reviewing redline drawings and preparing as-built drawings by capturing
all changes implemented during the construction phase.
• Prepare electrical single line diagram, Cable routing, Lighting and Grounding
layout for the Temporary Facilities (Camp & Site Offices).
• Ensuring health and safety codes are always obeyed.
• Support the project team in reviewing VO documents and preparing
technical queries.

• Delivering timely and accurate electrical design documents and drawings for
marine and offshore projects.
• Carry out detailed electrical system design, sizing of electrical equipment’s
and verify the design done by graduate engineers.
• Prepare documentation suitability for Class society submittal and resolve all
resulting comments.
• Execute an in-depth evaluation of the system design by analyzing the tasks
associated with engineering requests and the procedures for Rig and Fleet
modifications.
• Participating in design review, inter-discipline checks, 3D model reviews and
implementation of necessarily follow up actions timely.
• Identification of changes of project specifications or deliverables, variations
to contractual scope, schedule impact due to client’s engineering delays and
rising change orders.
• Guide and supervise the electrical drafting team to produce 3D model and
electrical deliverables.
• Support the green energy division in preparing technical proposals for solar
project inquiries.

 High Mast Light- 40m & 25m height and streetlights
• Preparation of:
 CMS (Construction Method Statement) & JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
 Pre-commissioning procedure through coordination with the vendors.
 Lifting plan by working together with the lifting supervisor.
 Redline drawings based on the field changes.

current transformers, voltage transformers, and circuit breakers that
regulate flow of electricity within the substations of the electric
power system and across distribution lines to end users.
• Maintenance of power transformer (220/110kV, 110/11kV,
110/33kV), Circuit Breakers (SF6, Vacuum), CTs, PTs, LA, Battery, and
Battery charger.
• Engages with the LOAD DISPATCH CENTRE to enforce load shedding
measures and to receive switching instructions for 220kV feeders.
• The issuance of work permit for Power Transformers and EHT feeders
to the concerned authorities and preparation of various records such
as daily log sheets, monthly operating reviews and update different
registers etc.
• Assist the superiors in case of any emergency works or shutdowns in
the substation.
• Coordinating with other departments effectively to reduce the
station monthly interruption.

• Identifying customer requirements and designing electrical systems
and products.
• Analyzing design specifications and technical drawings to investigate
appropriate solutions for technical challenges.
• Interacting with fellow team designers to review expenses and
project timelines.
• Coordinating with the clients and contractors for the proper
implementation of the work.
• Utilize computer-aided engineering and design software to execute
engineering-related tasks.
• Execute field surveys and examine maps, graphs, diagrams, and
various data sources to develop the feasibility study report.
