• Project Implementation, Planning, Execution, Managing, Controlling, Project Closing & Delivery.
• Ensure that all Construction activities within the designated areas are well Planned, Coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in Coordination with other functional Managers in directing and supervising all involved Site Personnel and Sub-Contractors
• Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks. Manage client expectations and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor the progress of the project activities on regular basis and holds regular status meetings with all the sub teams and sub-contractors.
• Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project directing, supervising, supporting and coordinating the project team members/staff.
• Managing all aspects of the project business plan and budget.
• Tracking Project deliveries using Project management tools.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the Project Lifecycle
• Evaluate labour cost and hour and manpower requirements against budget constraints
• Review and manage complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, client, cost proposals and invoices
• Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day
•Review and control budget and authenticate cost reports and change notices and change Orders.
•Implement and ensure cost control processes to report on estimates, expenditures and cost commitments accurately.
•Provide support in the management of project budget, and cost control functions including budgeting, scheduling, change management, estimating, tracking progress, forecasting, and earned value management
• Prepare and present regular status reports, including project progress, budget updates, Cash Flow, Invoicing and risk analysis. Provide accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders
•Manage project lifecycle stage including coordination with project stakeholders and others external and internal parties to achieve project milestones targets
•Acts as the Company representative with the Client and selected consultants and contractors during the program execution, Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client.
•Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all project management and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask.
•Review Project management plan, Health & Safety Plan, Project Plan and other Quality & Safety documents.
•Review customized schedule reports as per project needs (two week look ahead, variance reports, progress reports, milestone reports).
•Monitors and reports to top management on the progress of all project’s activities within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedules.
•Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements, Industry codes, standards, Procedures and provides technical advices to resolve problems.
•Arrangement and distribution of resources required for the smooth and Cost-effective Progress of the Project.
•Provide Close Coordination with QA/QC, Consultants, Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
•Liaise with Client & Consultant’s representatives on Project related matters.
•Assisting the Contracts Manager in Submission of Monthly Invoice, Claims, VOs to Client and Consultant.
•Ensure that all Safety procedures and standards are being implemented on Site.
