1.Project: Integrated Gas Development Expansion (IGD-E) Project Habshan, Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
Administering in the implementation of Company and Client HSE rules and regulation, standards and procedures in the site.
Make sure conduct toolbox meeting every day morning and provide proper trainings to employees.
To ensure the proper PPE are being issued and by employees.
Assist in identifying and fulfilling training requirements for all worksite employees to achieve necessary HSE competency requirements.
Continues monitoring and assisting company all key personnel’s and subcontractor site key personnel’s for best safety practice and safety cultures at site.
Assist in conducting safety training or briefing to the respective site team to ensure safety awareness and those operations in compliance with statutory regulations and international standards.
Take part in all accident/incident/near miss investigations; report immediately to Safety Supervisor for proper documentation;
Review of contractors HSE Plans, Risk Assessments in accordance with the Project requirements, monitoring of system implementation on the field, recommending and ensuring corrective actions.
Make daily reports regarding safety in the job site. Advise the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper PPE, technical advice and guidance.
Ensure inspection of all electrical hand-held power tools and appliances being done every month and that include daily visual inspection.
Providing safety advice and guidance to site supervisor in carrying out job execution safely.
Participate in HSE meetings and evaluate the HSE aspect of proposed activities, also record any concerns raised at the pre job meetings
Verify third party certification for loose lifting gear, electrical equipment, cables etc, is correctly colour coded and being used properly.
Monitor high risk activities; Hot work, confined space entry gas testing and air monitoring, lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads etc.
Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce.
Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
Verify all scaffolding is tagged and a safe condition.
Closely monitoring Pipe erections, Scaffolding erections and dismantling, and Hot work activities (welding, cutting, grinding, PWHT, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
Develops monitors and maintains Company and departmental procedures for the systematic identification, assessment and control of risks during projects, modifications and operations.
Identify and communicate personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and train the employees to ensure that the PPE requirements are properly implemented and enforced.
Ensuring all personnel are fully inducted and have competency checks prior to starting of work.
Conducting health and safety camps (safety campaign) to spread the awareness of good health, safety and the associated problems with precautionary measures.
Regularly calibrate all safety equipment and inspect the operability of first aid supplies, fire equipment and fire extinguishers where required throughout the site to ensure it is in serviceable and operable order in case of accident.
Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
Developed and implemented safety program to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, utilizing knowledge of construction processes, mechanics, psychology, and construction health and safety laws.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify site hazards, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision (and record).
Closely monitor high risk activities; confined space entry gas testing and air monitoring, lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads etc.
Develop and comprehend Health and Safety policies, procedures and guidance, in keeping with best practices and make recommendations on their implementation, application and compliance.
Maintain knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Standards and Compliance Codes relating to purchasing, handling, storage and disposal of Chemicals, Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Substances and Drugs and Poisons, including the use of chemical registers, risk assessments, safety data sheets and other relevant tools
Maintain records of safety systems and devices including serial numbers, locations and expiry of each.
Maintaining daily log-book, discussion with site-in-charge on daily progress.

Job Responsibilities:
Site safety Inspection in order to identify unsafe/hazardous conditions of work in Piling, gas cutting, welding, working at height, material handling, gas cylinder storage/handling road blockage, dismantling work etc.
Conversant with precautions to be taken during hot job, welding operation, grinding operation, crane lifting, man and material transportation diving operation etc.
Conducting Safety Training/Awareness program as per Training calendar to all categories of site employees.
Daily inspection of crane and forklift, scaffolding, lay down yards, contractor's material handling area, conveyor belt, power station and Etc.
Follow The Safety Policies and procedures in accordance with the safety plan and the company’s overall objectives and strategy.
To check whether contractor has all valid certificates of equipment/competency. And undertake safety audit on Daily basis, Weekly basis, and Monthly basis.
Co-ordinate and monitor all health, safety and environmental activities to ensure agreed safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
Provide information, advice and support to all levels of project staff regarding health, safety and environmental legislation, practices and procedures.
Review the HSE manual and all health, safety and environment related documentation, including method of statements, work permit procedures and safety equipment requisition to ensure compliance with establish standards and update all firm/clients established policies to support HSE programs.
Utilize safety inspection checklist for daily safety inspection at facilities (covering automatic fire detection and fire suppression systems) in all plant areas in compliance with policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate induction Training to all QAFCO and CONTRACTORS Staffs'. And issuing Safety Briefing cards to all Employees.
Conduct training related to Occupational Safety Behavioral safety, HSE Management, HSE Tools and Skills, Incident Investigation and Reporting, Legal Requirements, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training and develop appropriate training.
Maintain a documented inventory of HSE training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc.
Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Identify and implement appropriate strategies and conducting of training programs promptly.
Training registers (signing sheets) having update after finishing of the training, and all the records maintaining for the future documentation.
Monitoring staff activities at work sites to avoid the hazards, and developing work Methods of Statement to ensure follow the proper safety procedures during their tasks.
Fire Extinguishers operation and what type of Fire Extinguishers can used for the particular categories and all the firefighting procedures were teaching to the staffs to escape from the fire accidents in-case of fire. Ensure all staffs are well aware of the procedures at work place. In case of emergency situation.
Emergency Evacuation plan also implement and posted it every exit door of the organization. Well organized and maintained of HSE procedures to keep up the highest standards of safety methods.
Frequent Fire drill programs conducted for the staffs to maintaining of good practices in-case of emergency situation.
During the kind of drill program ensure all staffs are gathered at muster point area, it will monitored and evaluated by HSE officer.
During the drill program Ensure 100% accountability should be done, after that all staffs are getting back to their assigned location. This all my duties and responsibility during my task in this organization.
AHA and SPTP or TSTI also has been maintained during my task in this organization ( activity hazard analysis and total safety task instructions)
All the employees should be sign the AHA & SPTP ( safety pre Task planning ) then they are allowed to start their work.
