• Managing all financial aspects of the group including Bookkeeping, Reporting, Controlling, Coaching finance teams, Communication with all internal and external stake holders.
• Lead preparation of companies’ annual budget and quarterly accurate & on time AvB (Actual versus Budget) reports with related analysis and commentaries.
• Monitor and develop cash flow forecasts systems and scenarios
• Make sure that there are required procedures and guidelines in place and adhering to.
• Manage financial relationships between group companies and make sure that they have accurately booked on time and reconciled on monthly basis.
• Make sure that there are proper and sufficient tools, structure and resources in finance such as human resource, expertise, chart of accounts, software and so on.
• Bring and improve professional qualities to the different aspects of finance including: process and procedures, team, tools, forms and reports.
• Taking care of different financial issues raised by CEO, Board, Auditors, Banks & Managers of other departments.
• Active participation in board and senior managers meeting and taking action on finance related minutes.
• Make sure adherence to laws (including tax & insurance), regulations, accounting procedures & internal controls
• Prepare financial analysis for new investments, mergers and acquisitions.
