projects for the client specified metrics. Also, ensuring
the KPIs is within the scope of the project.
- Providing the scope of work is clear and that the project
delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
- Defining the work plan deliverables and resource
requirements for the project.
- Compiling and presenting project status reports, ensuring
an honest and objective view is delivered.
- Motivating, managing and monitoring the parallel
functional team assigned to the project and maintained
professionalism.
- Implement & review the project management framework
for all the projects including processes, standards, and
reports.
- Effectively manage risks and issues that pop up within the
department and support the other departments like
tendering, sales and quality.
- Identifying and evaluating of technology tools for
optimizing the development process.
- Analyzing project requirements and performing technical
calculations, supporting design, creating and finalizing
plans to meet project requirements.
- Self-starter with the management skills and ability to use
the techniques and methodologies to deliver progress.
- Resolved the technical issues efficiently and also with
minimum impact to the client.
