Before coming back to UK, I was contacted by my last manager asking me to come and start at DSGi once again, that's why the duration was a short term.
The job role at Curry's/PC World is to ensure that the business customers get the level of service that they expect. To find a perfect solution for the business customers and advise them if they need some.
The job requirements in Curry's start the moment a customer enters the premises till they leave. The purpose is to make sure that each and every customer is served and they leave the premises happily and satisfied from what they are getting.
Making sure that the customers are in a right direction of what they need or else help them in finding what they need through the idea they have in mind.

Job Description
Touchstone communications is an outbound call centre based in Islamabad Pakistan with the Head office in Dallas, TX.
Taking an average calls of about 350 a day.
The job role was both making sales as well as at the same time entertaining questions and queries of the prospect customers.
The multiple campaigns and projects I have worked on are Home Security Systems in various states of the US, Mortgages, QL mortgage which is the 3rd largest mortgage company in the US. The task performed for the QLM was to offer refinancing for different mortgage holders paying a high level of interest rate and to figure out using some calculations whether they qualify or not.
The longest term that I have worked with any project was Nation Star Mortgage which is the biggest mortgage company in the US. The job role was to call the existing customers paying a high level of interest rate and offer them re-financing to a new lower rates and monthly payments. If the customers were interested we had to connect them to a live mortgage professional of NSM and they will offer the new rates. Basically, all what we had to do is to convince them to refinance.

The role at the London Olympics 2012 was last year for about a year. The purpose was to interview and recruit the games maker for olympics 2012 and making sure that we are recruiting appropriate people and then deciding that whether the person can be a team leader or not by their attitude. The role was a volunteer and was a superb oppurtunity to be a part of london olympics 2012. It was a great oppurtunity for me to learn and to gain an experience. The job was all about team work and finding the right person for the London Olympics. The best of all I am proud that I was a very important part of the London's most special and the biggest event.
