Overall management of the Stores by maintaining an adequate inventory of all items. Ensuring the Daily Cost report, Monthly Timesheet, Reconciliation Report and Month end Report. Ensuring the set procedures for documentation and control are followed. Maintaining the storeroom is adequately stock. Maintain daily receiving - Quality Report, Maintain the goods are received in the right quantity at the approved price and that they are of the right quality. Ensuring the issues are at the appointed time on approved documentations. Maintaining all stores records are maintained up to date and accurate and Implement FIFO. Performed any other duties as requested by Manager within the scope of work. Inventory control by proper planning.
