1. Audit, survey, assess and monitor all rig activities on the homogeneous implementation of the established HSE MS, policies, emergency procedures, safety procedures, regulations, produce audit and assessment reports, recommendation and follow up corrective action.
2. Prepare HSE observations reports that related by near misses, unsafe acts and / or unsafe conditions.
3. Advise the workers to avoid near misses, unsafe acts and/or unsafe conditions.
4. Follow up the corrective actions that should be taken to close the non-conformance points.
5. Conduct HSE training for the workers to know how to fill checklist and behavior safety audit (BSA) cards.
6. Conduct HSE training for the workers to know how fill PTW forms with deferent types.
7. Conduct pre job safety meeting before starting the job.
8. Follow up the issued permits work until close it.
9. Identify HSE training courses required to workers.
10. Determine the HSE issues needed to the rig and to the workers and arrange with material supervisor to request
11. Perform fire drills and H2S drills according to emergency preparedness procedure and correct the wrong behaviors of workers (trainees).
12. Conduct weekly safety meeting in the presence of rig manager and drilling supervisor (company man).
13. Preparation of monthly reports (HSE statistics - environment performance)
14. Preparation of quarterly rig safety performance evaluation and environmental management inspection checklist and HSE-MS rig program reports.
