 Supervising the implementation of a tower consists of a basement, ground floor and 12 story with raft foundation rested on piles in Mansoura city.
My work includes
- Supervising implementation of pile foundation .
- Prepare preliminary quantity surveying for all the project activities .
- Supervising (excavation works -PC foundation - raft foundation - basement wall and columns -water insulation - external fill - columns, walls, slab for every story ) .
- Prepare daily reports of the done works .
- Prepare procurement for every activity .
- coordinating with all subcontractors and solve the common problems between them.
- Make sure that the project Compatible with the schedule .
 Supervising the implementation of a residential building consists of a basement, ground floor and 5 stories rested on raft foundation in Mansoura city.
My work includes
- Prepare preliminary quantity surveying for all the project activities .
- Supervising excavation works and PC, RC works .
- Finishing works included (tiles - painting ).
- Prepare procurement for all materials .
