Project description:
Deep foundation of 1600m quay wall which consists of :
• 1600m diaphragm walls with 47m depth at deepest section .
• 426 barrettes 80cm width, with 47m depth at the deepest section.
• 852 bored piles with diameter 1.2m and 43m depth
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the platform and casting the guide walls of diaphragm and barrettes .
• Manage all activities related to site management, drilling, bentonite cleaning, steel cages installation and
pouring concrete
• Organize manpower with foremen, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress
within quality requirements .
• Ensure quality compliance throughout drilling and other operations .
• Manage the maneuvers of different machines such as trench cutter, pilling machine, hydraulic grab and
crawler cranes.
• Produce daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as
required.

Responsibilities :
• Manage and supervise the construction and architectural aspects of residential projects, ensuring quality

executive finishes, while monitoring the work and implementing it according to the specifications and
conditions of the work items.
• Coordinate technical office activities, including document control, project schedules, and communication
with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and other project documents.
• Achieve rapid project completion through diligent monitoring, execution, and adherence to the work's
specifications, terms, and conditions.

Project description :
Construction of the south tunnel beneath both the old and new Suez Canal with 5820m total length, internal
diameter 11.4m and clear hight for cars 5.5m .
Type of works:
Construct a retaining wall at the exit of the tunnel, 23 emergency exits through the tunnel and pouring the screed
layer above the culvert.
Responsibilities :
• Supervises site works in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved and valid
construction drawings.
• Supervise the activities of labor and sub-contractors each according to his assigned duties and
responsibilities.
• Organize manpower with foremen, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress
within quality requirements .
• Produce daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as
required.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
