• Doha Oasis project is multi use development project & fashion shopping mall established on 440, 000 square meters built up area.
• Managed the completion of 16 out of 32 non-typical floors of the 7-star hotel within The Doha Oasis project, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills in a complex construction environment.
• Played a pivotal role in the development of The Doha Oasis, a sprawling 440, 000 square meter multi-use project featuring a theme park, 5-star hotel, retail shopping complex, cinema, and residential components.
Doha Metro (Gold Line) (QR 650 M)
• The Gold line extends from Ras Bu Abboud to Al Aziziya. 11 stations run along the line.
• Since April 2019, being responsible for six stations from the gold line.
• Since September 2017, being responsible for one of the biggest stations, Al Sadd station over an area of 10, 318Sqm.
Project Achieved B-Lusail Apartment (QR120 M)
• Managed the entire construction process for the B-Lusail Apartment project, a substantial undertaking valued at 120 million QR.
• Led a team of project and site engineers as a Senior site Engineer, overseeing their work and ensuring seamless coordination on a major project in Qatar.
• Played a pivotal role in the successful execution of a significant project, contributing to its timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, guiding the team through complex project phases and challenges.

Mall of Qatar (MOQ/QR 5.8 B)
• Mall of Qatar is a 5.8 billion QR project with a 440000 Sqm. built up area, 162000 m2 of lease area and 7000 parking lots, with a construction of 2 Basements + 2 Floors + Roof Floor +Hotel.
Hilton Hotel:
• The Hilton Hotel is a new project consisting of basement, ground floor, mezzanine, 6 floors. Being responsible for the 4th floor which consists of residential and large suits, the 5th floor which consists of typical guest rooms, roof which is the 6th level with gym, large swimming pool and restaurants, & roof top.
Sheraton Hotel A fast-track project (renovation: 8 months/ QR 1.2 B)
• Renovation of Sheraton hotel built since 80s, consisting of 11 floors, lobby area, restaurants, health club and 3 large halls built over an area of 75, 000 Sqm. The hotel has swimming pools, landscape, and parking areas. It has cladding of marble and render with luxurious finishing and facilities from the inside. Being responsible for the first four floors which consists of residential and large suits.
Al Wajba Club House (QR 1.46 B)
• Construction of a huge private residential palace is 1.4 billion QR project with pool house and landscape for SHEIKH HAMAD BIN JASIM AL—THANI over an area of 44, 000 Sqm. A huge arches structure and precast domes, in addition to the external cladding of marble, render, and GRC, with luxurious finishing and facilities from the inside.
• Being responsible for Substructure and Superstructure for Villa of three floors, average area for each floor is 400 m² & for building of three floors, average area for each floor is 300 m².
Residential Project
•Substructure and Superstructure for 1 building of eleven floors, average area for each floor is 450 m².
•Shop Drawings & Quantity Survey (BOQ) for structure and architecture related to 3 buildings, each consisting of 10 floors, average area of each floor is 450 m2.
