In this position, I was responsible for developing and implementing a variety of communications to meet the needs of multiple audience through interactions with clients and managements at all levels of the corporations. Developed strategic marketing communications, social media campaigns, supporting marketing collateral for various objectives and initiatives; this led to measures and reports on business impact. In addition, ensured that communications are aligned with corporate objectives and that the brand message is consistent with the corporate application. My role also involved meeting each client to understand their specific KPIs, communications and marketing strategies and advising them on ways to measure perceptions and customer satisfaction levels to help shape future their strategy. Personally, I manage a global electronics giant, for whom CARMA recently devised a new measurement programme, analysing media content from 11 markets across the region consistently and objectively, which won an AMEC award. Lead a team of Communications executives and managers, managing the media intelligence requirements of clients in the automotive, IT and fashion industries.
While on a temporary contract, I grew communications to a pan-regional level, delivering to twenty markets over the MENA region. This position required scrupulous attention to detail, so that I was able to lead the development of a MENA communications strategy in line with the company's global and regional business ambitions, and so that the communication strategy was relevant to a MENA-based market. I delivered an integrated policy across all communications channels, bringing in a regional strategy with supporting campaigns. I closely supported the retail marketing team on the implementation of communications plans to specific markets, and oversaw the PR, creative, and social and media agencies to ensure a close and familiar relationship to support the brand. I also made sure that there were successful launches of XF, F- PACE and model year introductions, started planning champions for new models and model year introductions, and led liaison groups with global communications and brand teams. Furthermore, I led the further development of model year brochures, Jaguar magazine, CRM, customer care and after-sales communications.
I made myself responsible for control of the FM marketing budget, as well as all Pan-Arab budgets, agency fees, and billing monitors, ensured superior brand presence to CI, at Category B&C motor shows across the region, supported the retail marketing manager with new market and franchisee launches in Iran and Georgia. I also developed a new business support strategy and marketing plans across the MENA region market by market, supported the experiential team in all their communication whether for events or experiences. Over the period, I took over dual brand responsibility with an aim to develop and implement dual-brand marketing communications plans for financial services and approved used programme teams.
Completed my dissertation on "How celebrity endorsements effects brand equity" .
Completed my dissertation on Tourism in Iran and took up summer internship with local and international organisations.
