Successfully lead a team of five members
- Develop of the Demand Plan where needed; decide what is required in the
demand and supply.
- Create sales orders in system
- Follow up the delivery’s status of hair care orders with merchandisers
- Issue purchase orders requested by ladies’ sales team for cosmetics products
- Reorganized physical stock in warehouse (LIFO/FIFO)
- Create purchase order and send to supplier
- Follow up the delivery of the order with supplier
- Manage inventory plans to support business needs
- Manage the stock in branches (Jeddah & Riyadh)
- Assist in promotions for slow moving and near expiry SKUs with sales and
marketing team.
- Arrange KPIs and SLAs with suppliers and customers as per the agreed contracts
Responsibilities:
- Worked with internal and external (Third party Logistics vendors)
- Send/receive a new quotation from/to international agent (DSV) for
import/export shipments.
- Send the selling rate to the client
- Follow up the freight to confirmed shipments with the agent and update the
clients.
- Follow up the status of arrived/under clearance / cleared shipments with broker
and update the clients.
- Update the charges for each shipment in system and update the finance team to
close.
- Make endorsement to CIF shipments
- Update Client contract (Basamh) and review with general manager in the
branch.
- Conduct meeting with the clients
- Send daily report to the key clients.
- Send weekly KPI report to the higher management.
- Arrange the suppliers list
- Handling the purchase orders for restaurants (IHOP, P.F. CHANG’s & TEXAS
ROADHOUSE)
- Check the out-of-stock items with restaurants and send orders to the suppliers.
- Follow up the orders with suppliers
- Following the deliveries with the restaurants.
- Sourcing new suppliers for all categories
(Proteins/Grocery/Grains/Provisions/Dairy/Beverages/Seafood/Uniforms)
- Negotiate the prices with suppliers
- Arrange the contracts for the new suppliers
- Prepare the KPI reports
- Create new items in system.
- Receive the new items in new menu for each restaurant and make sourcing
